Yes I'll be going on Monday.
The Big Electronic Board above Blackwall Tunnel is better in the sense its right in your face (as a driver) as you slowly creep into the tunnel (always a traffic jam with the only thing to look at is this BIG BOARD).

The Big Electronic Boards at Waterloo are above the platform entrances so you dont generally look at them when you LEAVE the train in the morning (your back is facing them) but you do look up in the AFTERNOON - entering the platforms when you face them full on.

The adverts are in CYCLES so unless InterHigh bought the full cycle you might not see them but hopefully they bought a long enough time slot that they will show up.

It works best if a few people hand out leaflets as well as the BIG ADVERT - it makes it much more official and it makes it MILES MORE NOTICEABLE.. I'm hoping InterHigh will employ a few people on monday to hand out leaflets too.

Interesting to note that when the weather is like this in the Brecon Beacons (InterHighs location) the school carries on as normal (unlike bricks and mortar schools)

Giving this figure a bit of thought its quite possible that people are buying WEY because it has the FASTEST FALLING PE Ratio in the AIM market.

I mean, in a sense you buy a share with a low PE ratio to get dividends or value but you buy a share with a FAST FALLING PE ratio to get MEGA PROFIT GROWTH....

Just a thought. But I do take your point. WEY will need to take over more companies and make more profit... To justify £1.00 a share.

This is the type of news item that will be good for the future of InterHigh - when the school starts to get a higher level of media attention:



I think its no argument InterHigh can be a huge power for good in society....
One day, I do believe about 5% of UK students (and rising) will be educated on-line.... 400,000.
I believe that would equate to InterHigh having 20,000 students - or TWENTY TIMES its current size.

in the UK, there are 800,000 disabled children under the age of 16 - that equates to one child in 20 [6]

99.1 per cent of disabled children live at home and are supported by their families [7]

The annual cost of bringing up a disabled child is three times greater than that of bringing up a non-disabled child [8]

For disabled children, the most common impairments are social and behavioural (33%), learning disability (31%) and stamina, breathing and fatigue (31%) [9]

The average income of families with disabled children is £15,270, which is 23.5% below the UK mean income of £19,968. 21.8% have incomes that are less than 50% the UK mean. [10]

Looking at the income levels it would seem the best way WEY Education could help these families is via WEY Ecadamy getting block grants from local authorities and associated bodies to help give these children equal access to as good education or better than more able bodied children,

there is an article in Forbes (Dated yesterday) on AI in Education.
As you know WEY Education are investing in this area (not as a developer of AI but as an early adopter).

See earlier news items. I think they are using it in Maths (as a trial).

It would be interesting to see if they link the WATERLOO station adverts to AI in Education (as well as "End of School Run" type stuff).

January for WEY potentially could be very interesting.

Its good that on their site they are trying to establish a more social side to the school. Going forward this is where we need to convince doubters.

superadams: and/or the directors of academy21 took early retirement six months early thus also reducing the price (there was a bonus for beating some target). Bottom line: we got the company at a more competitive price.

Now academy21 is backed by WEY's ecademy sales team I think we should see some interesting news flow down this route.

We also, of course, have the extra half a million to invest.
