This share is still dropping. Down 4% this morning. Don't people go to pubs anymore?

I didn't see any evidence of that in Liverpool.I'm going back with 6 mates on thursday .Maybe it's a mixed picture .Some places I've visited recently have been like ghost towns .There are only scoucers with any money. Eh zz??? LolBut others we spoke to used lockdown as an opportunity to stop drinking altogether. And some found moderate (or reduced) alcohol consumption more achievable and attractive than pre-lockdown thanks to the closure of pubs and lack of socialising

Talking of budget hotels. I found the Premier Inn in Liverpool tremendous value.Spotlessly clean .They are definitely my go to place from now on .

@Isis. I notice budget hotels prices are extremely high so people are going on holiday still. Of course many are not going abroad but nonetheless. I wonder are more still drinking from home and has that become a life choice or is it simply finances or maybe both?

All the Pubs seem quieter in the early week days now including the Spoons in my areas of London. The pinch maybe getting to many now I think.

I went into 4 Spoons in Liverpool over the weekend and they were all doing well.In fact most places in Liverpool seemed to be doing ok.People will migrate to lower cost venues as inflation bites .I certainly find it the best place to go for a drink .I'm not paying double elsewhere for the same product.Not when I'm buying anyway lol.
