Of course people like to show off.During the pool party, Grealish and his eight friends were seen drinking four jeroboam-sized bottles (equivalent to two magnums) of Rock Angel Rose, valued at 3,567 euros eachGrealish, who enjoyed a 92,993 euro VIP package in Las Vegas which entitled him to 116 bottles of champagne in a private room, was spotted in the Las Vegas nightclub Zouk accompanied by a young brunette.Only 116 lolI'd be doing the same if I was him .

Fair enough. So you believe doctors, who are trained, licensed and paid for by who ?

Please advise

You say they lie, yet you believe them when they tell you what to do
Seems so strange to me. Why would you do that?

Sensible people will make their own decisions. The sub intelligent and people with no concern for others, such as the majority of this board, will also choose to do what they like lol.My mate is certainly still worried, as he lied yesterday, telling the nurse he was immunosuppressed to get a 4th vaccine. She argued that he wasn't poorly enough .Hes good at telling untruth as he's a tory lol.

Ref the drop

It isn't a lockdown story now in businesses like this

People realize that by going into crowded indoor spaces they are putting themselves at risk

Lockdowns or no lockdowns

People are changing their drinking/dining habits out of concerns for Long Covid

This will not change but imo only get to be the norm of a new social behaviour

UVC in HVAC systems to kill viruses and UVC lED lighting during closed periods (nights) need to be employed whilst Covid-19 remains

they generated roughly £900m in free cash flow in the 10 years prior to the pandemic.

my prediction is they will generate more than £900m in the next 10 years as freehold businesses generate more cash as they pay less rent. the freehold percentage will rise further over time as they have stated they will only consider leases on 'exceptional' trading sites.

As mentioned previously Mr Martin has been a generally astute reader of the SP
over many years, has he bought recently?, not unless I've missed it.

JDW got back to £14 in April 2021, which was not too far off the pre covid share price peak,
given a larger debt pile coupled with more shares in issue post covid,
that £14 looked highly ambitious.
