It's well-established in the hospitality industry what does."Under the old tiered system, guidance stated that "a table meal is a meal eaten by a person seated at a table, or at a counter or other structure which serves the purposes of a table".However, the Local Government Association (LGA) said this was "open to interpretation" and there was "a degree of flexibility".The LGA added: "It would be difficult to argue that a single sausage roll or a snack pork pie constitutes a main meal, whereas if it was served plated with accompaniments such as vegetables, salad, potatoes it could be considered substantial."

We are not going to make the vaccine mandatory but if you choose not to be injected we are going to stop you from doing just about everything in life until you cave in and get the vaccine, threatening people that their lives can never return to normal unless they accept the vaccine is a step too far.. We note that Kier Starmer has ordered the Labour MPs to abstain from tomorrow's vote on the lockdowns . You can imagine the comments on the internet . My favourite so far is... No very big organisation is anywhere near perfect as we all must know and Europe is no exception but leaving it as as opposed to stopping in is unhelpful to put it mildly. Far better to try and influence it from within than bleeding about it from the outside IMHO as nearly half of the voting public agree.

I do wonder.... Obviously, he didn't expect to walk into the Virus but it has done him few favours. His Cabinet don't seem to offer much support, all seem inexperienced and clueless. Just can't communicate with us.. Need a Farage, plain talking, confident and seems to understand public opinion.
