Grant of Options

Westmount Energy Limited (AIM: WTE), the energy investment company, is pleased to announce the grant of options over nil par value ordinary shares in the Company ("Share Options") to the following member of the Westmount Board:

Subject to Mr Corcoran's continued directorship, the Share Options may, at any time before expiry, be exercised in whole or in multiples of not less than 5,000 nil par value ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). However, no Ordinary Share issued as a result of any such exercise shall normally be sold before 31 December 2018 (except if certain conditions are met, including a takeover or change of control of the Company).

Following the above grants, Mr Corcoran has a beneficial interest in 4,500,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, and 500,000 Share Options.
