About time WSG cut back the freeloaders on the board, as has been posted here regularly the cost of all the time wasters is what has absorbed so much capital. Presumably backers have said no more until the financial outlook improves.

Yes they signalled low on cash a month ago, and must be struggling to raise more.

If this is looking good I’d hate to see what bad looks like.

As I’ve said before anyone entering into a contract would want assurances they have the funds for start up, where’s that money coming from?

Say it quietly, but WSG seem to be running out of money. Cost cutting is called “optimisation”. In any other, truthful, organisation, it would be a massive red flag

Where does the cash to grow come from? Any additional start up costs will need to be financed in a high interest environment. Maybe worth asking.

Why also internal expectations and what are they? Nearly at halve year stage tbh with how long it takes to put out.

How long does the airport contract have left to run? Doesn’t mention it but is it raising the flag for if/when they lose it?

Two less people in sales (8) for ten million revenue? Hardly go getting.

Hardly any cash, and looks like relying on trade receivables to come through ? Plus, this looks interesting :

‘ Other receivables include a sum of £1,118,000 (2021: £1,118,000) due from the RiverFort Equity Placing and Sharing Agreement. It is expected that it will be recovered from the sale of shares currently still held by RiverFort. Refer to note 25 on Contingent Liabilities.’

Indeed results are much better than expectations and more importantly Q1 is also ahead of internal budget.
