02/5/2022 10:09 | Worst investment ever, and I have made some pretty bad ones in the past. Nothing in its favour. I wondered about the cash position too. As at Dec 21 less than £1M in the bank, and they have a habit of tapping the market at any price to keep themselves in a job. Mentally written off my stake here and hoping for an opportunity to quit while there is a shred of value left. | marktime1231
02/5/2022 08:25 | Just looked closer at results. Trying to get idea of current cash levels. Noted that trade receivables have jumped to £3.66m, from £2.4m. And that is over half of revenue (£7.05m). So, clients are just not paying them. Or at least, not in a timely fashion. What other business runs with over half their invoices outstanding ? Last year it was just 24.5% unpaid (£2.4m of £9.95m revenue). Mind you, if you are a client of WSG, you have them over a barrel. You can see that WSG haemorrhage cash, and have absolutely no bargaining power at all. So, you get away with “the cheque is in the post”. WSG clients are not paying up. Will not be helping the balance sheet……. | graham1ty

29/4/2022 08:44 | They are not losing money, they're giving it away. Nice to know : We provide free fruit and refreshments, allow gym time to help keep our staff healthy and provide medical support where appropriate. The verboseness of this report probably is an insight into their inability to manage and run the company effectively. | lookagain

19/3/2022 14:43 | Reviving a landmark nuclear deal with Iran could help tackle the recent surge in oil prices fuelled by sanctions against Russia, Ireland's foreign minister says. Simon Coveney said a new agreement, which he hoped could be reached as early as this weekend, would provide an opportunity for Iran to re-enter the supply market. "We look as if we're almost there," Coveney, who is the UN Security Council facilitator of the nuclear deal, told the BBC. "That's a good news story when we need one." Sanctions were placed on Tehran after it was said to have breached a 2015 nuclear deal - formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) - reached between Iran and six other nations. A new deal would ease those sanctions in exchange for Iran giving up ambitions to build a nuclear weapon. The UK and EU are looking to break away from their dependence on Russian oil in response to President Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine. | loafofbread
