The Company says it has sufficient cash “for its current requirements”. That is badly phrased as it does not say they have anything going forward.

At 30 June they had £3.1m. The previous six months reported a cash outflow of £1.3m, so nearly half of that may have gone. They also do not say ( as surely they would) whether they are getting paid anything for the setting up of the DRC contract. But they will have the expense. You might guess that there is maybe £1m left in the coffers, possibly less. At current run rate ( £1.3m outflow every six months) they probably have enough to keep the lights on for 4-6 months, again probably less.

That could be classed as covering “current requirements”, but not much headroom for any future requirements......

WSG owes us some hard good news after huge announcements which haven't turned in to material progress. As you and others say there is a suspicious gap time and again between promise and reality. So a bit more good news to repair the damage and then we need to decide to cut our losses or cling on in vain hope.

Wash-trading is illegal, but then so is insider trading.

lol

I've seen some deramping but the last one smacks of desperation "wash-trading"

ps..it's not about the size of the contract but the opening of doors and the statement of having plenty of cash for operations.

But keep trying

I wouldn’t trust volume on any AIM stock....There’;s something called wash-trading to give the illusions of volume. Anyone could be causing it from anywhere imo.

The only way that really happens is with a managment change and driving growth in better juristictions. Otherwise a low value contract (2 really so very little from each) won't help. I don't "deramp" often but this share keeps promising and eventual delivery is disappointing. Sometimes you just have to give up and find somewhere else more likely to make you money.

"It would seem the notices of my demise were somewhat premature"

Accept it Graham and close your short pronto!

The good thing is they say they have cash to last, however the company are aware that people are suspicious after previous announcements, though typically these contracts don’t make a great deal of margin.

I expect any contract that drops will need a cash raise.

The contract has a “Standstill Period”. How long will that last, until this contract is ratified.......

A DRC length of time ? This is not a contract win until the standstill period is over....

Hopefully that is the contracts pipeline starting to get unblocked despite the virus.

Bounce now though

Dropped a long way and that update a lot better than the falling price was hinting at.

All the spivs and tampers disappeared. Sunk like a ferry.

Volume today about £10,000 worth.....

Not even any traders thinking it might bounce.

You are the weakest link. Goodbye

0 although there is always a stream of people that invest for the promotions aed rise hoping to get a doubler.

There will be some pump go through as another cash raise will be required imho.

You’d be better at the casino picking a color and walking, as has been the case for the last several years.

What would a new Board do with a business with no material contracts, haemorrhaging cash, and no assets ?
