Barpy has only ever posted about WSG. Obviously an account specifically set up by somebody who posts using multiple aliases, here for the purpose of shorting; might possibly be James1955.

Seven and a half years without a meaningful contract.

WSG is up to its usual tricks...

Over promise Under deliver... Do not know why anybody believes the BOD, they have been promising Big Contracts through L.O.I and M.O.U for YEARS, they never come to fruition and fail at the last minute... But everytime those in the know get to dump onto unsuspecting retail investors.

USELESS COMPANY WITH A USELESS BOD. SAME OLD TRICKS.
Ramping forum posters over optimism costs everybody money.

Still high risk/high reward.

The key point for me is:
"The net cash inflow from operating activities was GBP0.2m (H1 2018: outflow of GBP0.7m used in operating activities)."
This shows that there is a viable business, with prospects emerging, and makes the risk of my small investment worthwhile.

It’s the usual Jenny. Read the last seven years accounts. You will see a pattern. To be fair they are always glass half full.

Paying 15% is hardly surprising given the risk when the convertible was arranged. There must be scope to borrow money cheaper before too long to pay it off.

Massive increase in revenue. Still losing £800,000

Whatis amazing is the finance cost. They paid £498,000 of interest in the half year alone !

It is all starting to look good with a massive increase in revenues; no wonder we had an unexpectedly early half year report. It was 21st September last year.

I thought there may be a bit of positive reaction to this trading statement.

Oh well, it's down to me then:

I'm reacting positively.

Rubbish company.

Over Promise and Under Deliver.

BOD never manage to secure big deals, they only get as far as a MOU/LOI to PUMP the share, then those in the know get to DUMP whilst the ignorant retail investors buy at the top.

Rinse and repeat, the BOD been doing this for 5+ years.

Vimster, if you want to be taken remotely seriously:

You are either party to inside information

Or not telling the truth

Which ?

Vimster, if you want to be taken remotely seriously then:

1) who is your source?
2) is this via the SA JV?
3) when?

The only difference is that I know that email is real ... but it doesn't matter. No point filling up the forum with trash.

I’ve also now got a reply from PF. He says

“Thanks for your email. Of course, I too am frustrated by the share price. A sine qua non for upward movement, ceteris paribus, is news on our Heathrow project, but I cannot tell you about that. The share price was drifting, so I thought, why the hell not do a fund raise with the dodgiest people I could find ? Seemed to make sense and the lower the share price the better for investors as they do not have to pay so much.

Yup, more champagne waiter, thanks.

Now, where was I ? Yes, in Ghana or Iran, wherever they are ( pass the port, waiter, geddit ?). I can only tell you, as it is secret, but we will soon have a 100 year contract to provide donkeys for carrying goods from the port to the waiting chariots. Do not pass that on, as I am only telling you.

Lots of love
Pierre Foucault”

So, there we have it.
