"Decided" no I haven't, have you got a link please.
I had read they were "considering" though which is a big difference although I still feel irrelevant imo. This deal is dead all imo of course

Yup youkme, I guess it does.
Did you read yesterday that the foreign ministers of the major EU countries have decided to price Irans oil in euro instead of dollars?
It's only a matter of time before a 'work around'of Trumps sanctions is made, then the EU will trade as per normal with Iran.DYOR obvs......

They don’t dump it. It’s illegal to use it as payment. How long for the next fundraiser.

I can't see many institutions wanting to lend money to companies involved with Iran. Most, if not all, wouldn't touch it with a barge pole.

Here and there, EBITDA positive means nothing if you are continuing to spend. WSG claimed to be EBITDA positive in the results to Dec 2016 ( look at the June 2017 results which says they made a £25000 EBITDA).

How come then they have had to raise £3.1m since Dec 2016 ???????

Do the maths !

Twenty Five fundraisings since 2010. Raising £23.3m. For what ? A company still bleeding cash, still losing money. And no reduction in the run rate. £3.3m raised in 2015. £2.9m raised in 2016. £2.3m raised in 2017, and now £750,000 to start off 2018. But however you cut this, it still looks like about £500,000 to £750,000 per quarter just to keep the lights on.

And in one months time, they have to either pay off the £2.2m Convertible, or change the terms and roll it over.

Slightly off topic.....I've just been sent a very informative post on Deep State (world bankers controlling Nation States basically)and the suggestion that Trump is pulling the rug from beneath their feet in Iran and N.Korea so that these Nation States have to come to the negotiating table....Maybe far fetched but who knows.......
