New here, so don't have your pain ! Not as concerned over Beaufort here, slighty different to raise funds for a Multi miilion pound contract, biotech the can burn through all your cash, bios are high risk and by definition people expect reward, YA put their money in at a time when most would not, and get the benefit.

Also this has significant shareholders in play.

I have read through the history and the BOD have definitely over promised and under delivered over the years. but the last RNS has not left much wriggle room. That was defo meant to be concluded by last week.

I still need convincing.
I was fortunate enough to have bought back in at 8.75 so I've taken some of the profit out, unfortunately their history is still damning while we wait, Beaufort have history of low placings (recently SEE & VAL), and I don't know why they didn't put out a trading update at the same time.
Personally I still think there will be slippage, but like I say I've hedged my best by leaving some in

Agree, although those missed promised dates have given a seriously cheap SP, can't imagine how drawn out contract like this would be. Sounds like they are on the verge. "One final internal process" wouldn't be surprised if this came tomorrow, I think the plan would have been to have this done and dusted before xm as, but slipped a bit

The issue with WSG is amount of delays and empty promises, my biggest fear is as we get into second half January, if we don't receive all the finer points on the deal, the share will slide. That said I firmly believe the huge upside negates that risk and I for one will buy into dips.

Plans in place to raise the required funds; those plans were probably in place quite a while ago.

The RNS already states plans are in place to raise the required funds, they just need the final approval.

I can see some reasons for frustration of LTH's however this looks a done deal.. Only next RNS may be delay because they can't find a pen!In order to achieve the commercial and contractual agreement, the contract required approval by a number of governmental departments and organisations, all of which have now been received. The client now has one final internal approval process to complete and whilst with any project of this size and complexity there can never be certainty of timing or outcome, the Company expects to provide a further update on this project opportunity in January 2018.
