21/11/2017 07:41 | On LSE they have a message from an insider. An insider prepared to pass on that inside information. And the recipient passed it on to the board. And the insider has bought shares in WSG with that inside information. So that is alright then !! !!! I suspect they will never go to jail.....as I suspect it is all made up ! | graham1ty

17/11/2017 08:58 | Squeaky buttocks time as this drops below 10p. Have Beaufort managed to get the last of their punters out again ? It is nice business if you can get it:take trillions of shares at 10p, ramp up to 15p, sell them all. Then get asked to take more at 10p. Rinse and repeat | graham1ty
14/11/2017 13:39 | I just posted on 'the other side', there was a sentence in the half year results that I hadnt seen before that has really got my goat: "Given the confidential nature of these projects and the time it can take for MoU's and Letters of Intent (LoI) to progress to award of contract, we are no longer announcing any individual MoU or LoI when signed" AIM rule 11 says: General disclosure of price sensitive information: 11. An AIM company must issue notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a significant movement in the price of its AIM securities. By way of example, this may include matters concerning a change in: - its financial condition; - its sphere of activity; - the performance of its business; or - its expectation of its performance Massive red flag in my eyes, I can't believe PF would flout rules so brazenly, it just leads me to believe its another way of saying there are no more mou or loi's in the forseeable, or that even if a customer wants to sign an agreement that PF will say no as it's a pointless exercise. You can't just change the rules to suit yourself | threeputt

09/11/2017 11:32 | well the rns suggested that they were to be repaid in Q4. I just don't see how at these prices thats all | youkme
09/11/2017 11:16 | I wonder whether the biggest negotiation is not with the Convertible holders. Can they be persuaded to roll their loan notes over into a massively dilutive new issue of loan notes with a later conversion date ? Would save having to pony up £2m against the clock. Mind you, that would still need a vote as it might mean issuing more than they currently have shareholder approval for ? | graham1ty
09/11/2017 11:08 | how will they get a placing for the required amount though? Thats what I dont understand. I did ask this quetion a while back. Wouldn't they have to have shareholder votes to change the nominal value? how do they do this? I can't see how such a massive placing can be sold to the market at 10p again, can you? | youkme
09/11/2017 10:54 | They have been amazingly good at getting fundraisings across the line, 25 or whatever it is this decade. Pity they are not as good at getting any contracts across the line. I see on the “other place” they have been saying “at least the losses from the ferry have gone”. Do we really think there will be no further losses ? Sea coach will not have taken on an empty ferry with all the staff without some kind of recompense ( the best thing for Sea Coach would just be for WSG Operations to be shut down). I bet that WSG still have responibility for significant costs: salaries, redundancies, covering continuing losses until the ferry actually becomes profitable ? You cannot just walk away from a business with no costs | graham1ty
09/11/2017 10:28 | unless that was a lie as well ? | threeputt
09/11/2017 08:18 | almost 7 weeks into what is already going to be short quarter. fund raise very shortly. At least the fowlers warned you this time I suppose. Its going to be massive as well imo | youkme
06/11/2017 15:04 | Strange that. Because on twitter @sharetips6 is ramping WSG and ZIOC none stop and then when you check your history you are ramping the same 2 stocks with the same posts. Must be one of those one in a billion coincedences ! | dave4545

01/11/2017 11:27 | They will raise a substantial amount at a very substantial premium to the current price threeputt. 10p days will be long gone. | on target
01/11/2017 11:24 | LOL, someone ticked my post down Yet the evidence is compelling that WSG is nought more than a BoD wage trough, with any shareprice movement merely an indication of mug gambling activity. | owenski
01/11/2017 10:39 | it's still that £2.2m hole in their balance sheet that concerns me, and I'm sure them also, it's due to be paid in June 2018, and they stated that plans are in place to raise funds in Q4 that will "take into account this loan": "At the end of the period, the Group had a convertible loan note outstanding with a principal of £2.2m (H1 2016: £2.2m) and an amortised cost balance of £2.1m (H1 2016: £2.1m). The coupon is 10% payable quarterly in arrears, it has a conversion price of 35 pence and is repayable in June 2018. Plans are in place to raise further funds to support the anticipated Middle East Managed Services contract and other potential new Managed Services contracts and we expect to complete this exercise in Q4. This fundraising will take into account the June 2018 repayment date of the convertible loan notes." The silence is also deafening non ? | threeputt |
