ORDINARY SHARE DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Company today announces a final dividend payable in respect of its Ordinary Shares.

Following the announcement of its unaudited preliminary results for the year ended 30^th June 2016, the Board recommends a final dividend of 1.05 p per ordinary share, making a total of 2.1 p per ordinary share for the year (2015 – 2.1 p).  Subject to shareholders’ approval at the Company’s Annual General Meeting on 30^th November 2016, the dividend will be paid on 5^th December 2016 to those shareholders on the register at the close of business on 18th November 2016.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
