24/8/2010 09:57 | Yes indeed--BUT we need Edmund to do this....ES? | williemanjaro
24/8/2010 09:54 | Williemanjaro: Could you put that helpful small chart of yours up at the header please? | 2ngawang
24/8/2010 09:51 | HK$ moved in our favour too. Every little helps | makingheaps
24/8/2010 09:44 | Obviously agree with your summing up John Henry but markets often dont think so logically. For me Thursdays numbers will be especially interesting together with the markets reaction. | williemanjaro
24/8/2010 09:39 | FO imho i don't see HK IIs / PIs selling. IPO massively over-subscribed. WCC still on a ridiculously low rating compared to peers. If i was a HK investors i would be moving my weighting out of other Chinese cement stocks and into WCC. Lower rating with higher growth forecasts. Interim results and forward statements, should really get the HK markets attention. | john henry
24/8/2010 09:35 | AIM and other regular contributors. Would the BB be best continued on HKX:2233 at ADVFN, or is there an equivalent to anyone's knowledge in HK. Many thanks. | inki
24/8/2010 09:33 | I would expect others will be, with those volumes. We could do with some stronger hands for the next stage in the life of WCC. At least the old AIM ticker, WCC, is still appropriate as an acronym for West China Cement. Otherwise we would have to wean ourselves off using it. | forest owlet
24/8/2010 09:32 | Ed you with TDW. | john henry
24/8/2010 09:32 | Unless other institutions (and cement companies) are picking them up. | mcfly79
24/8/2010 09:30 | Wouldn't this volume level suggest mass exodus by UK-based or even some HK institutions? Not that it bothers me, given the track record of so many. | forest owlet
24/8/2010 09:29 | I reckon they like it! | melton john
24/8/2010 09:28 | The volume over the first 2 days is equal to over 25% of the company's shares - amazing! | mcfly79
24/8/2010 09:25 | jh, hmm. UK sellers that can actually access their stock to sell it. :-( (not that I personally wish to sell at this stage) | edmundshaw
24/8/2010 09:21 | Top of the volume board today. Were certainly getting noticed. | melton john
24/8/2010 09:14 | Sterling share price £8.64. Should be trading around $2.40 - £10 in the nxt few weeks. HK buyers soaking up the UK sellers. UK sellers will clear fairly quickly. Aimho | john henry
24/8/2010 09:08 | Definitely happy now after this second up day! | forest owlet
24/8/2010 09:04 | Another 7.7% rise today. All going according to plan so far :) | edmundshaw
24/8/2010 09:04 | Another very good day ;-) Good volume again - over 10% of the company traded. | mcfly79
24/8/2010 08:48 | Yes that's the one Willie. | arthurly
24/8/2010 08:46 | Art what feed are you lookin` at-this? | williemanjaro
24/8/2010 08:40 | No trouble Steg ! | arthurly
24/8/2010 08:40 | Holding up nicely -HK$2.09 | rob67
24/8/2010 08:38 | Decent small gains on a daily basis is the order of the day. UK IIs maybe the sellers due to weighting constrictions. Aimho | john henry
24/8/2010 08:36 | shanshui +3.5% in hk i see | aim11
24/8/2010 08:29 | Hope it can manage to hold 2 - HK under pressure and nearly 1% down now. | stegrego |
