Was hoping the price to stay low till Wednesday as have more funds to invest in Wentworth , think that may miss the boat.

AXA just a portfolio shuffle in my opinion, makes no sense to sell out when 8% is up foe dividend and company is in the best financial shape ever

Expect to see some buying as November update is due...gas prices have been set since 2004 so can't see any changes happening there. H2 production increases and demand pick up in gas as mentioned in previous rns and presentations

The company can quit easily afford to buy up the overhang and hold the shares purchased as treasury shares for release at a later date. Thus immediately saving on dividends. The extra monies saved could be used to further increase dividends for remaining share holders
But they won't, they just cream big wages for doing jack for the last few years and watch the share price continue to fall
Weak share holders have done sweet FA to change it

Agree that there is a seller about, and probably AXA. Watching level 2 at first sight it looks like all sells, but when checking the real (as opposed to displayed) spread there are many buys. Needs a catalyst for some volume to clear out the seller.

Indeed all sounds positive, and the CEO has the discipline of a finance background when assessing corporate opportunities, and their effect on existing shareholders. There are deals to be done with either SCIR or AEX (or both) but there are complications that may get in the way, eg licences, ARA shareholding in AEX, price expectations etc. Will be interesting to see how that plays out and I don't think we will have to wait to much longer to find out.

Good presentation , Dividend looks set to hold for future at 8%
Holding Cash for depressed company's in the future if opportunities exist ( two year period )
Low maintenance program
Possible drill program 2022

CEO seemed a bit waffly (and ran out of time!) on the Shares presentation. Business does look sound but would like to have heard about reserves replacement as 2P will only last 3 years, and they're talking about materially increasing production. Can anyone enlighten?

Yep been a few sells of late Tanzania elections took place some not happy with result how can anyone win 80%+ of vote so some questions from me boring here part from dividend.

Just in case anyone is vaguely interested, the trades going through at 16.6p this morning are in fact buys. I should know as mine was one of them!
