Management could see weakening of the $ so why not @ least move dividend funds to a sterling a/c even if they are incapable of working some kind of hedging plan!!

Following the Company's previous announcement setting out plans to pay an ordinary dividend based on the Group's free cash flow generation, the Board has approved a maiden interim dividend of 0.45 pence per share, being a total interim distribution of US$1.0 million.

not sure how 0.48p this year is a 20% increase!!!

Good results a great read!Subsequent to 30 June 2020, the Group has received total payments of $3.85 million from TPDC and $147k from TANESCO, significantly reducing the receivables balance at 2 September 2020.

Pleased to see that Wentworth PR is in overdrive with an up to date Q&A on their website, an analysts report, and a comprehensive interview with the CEO. I would be surprised if this were not a precursor to some form of corporate activity in the days/weeks ahead, and was comforted that the CEO (financial background) understands the need for any activity to be accretive to value for all shareholders.

If it is so cheap ,then where are the share buybacks? (Better than having cash in the bank that doesn't pay interest and will save future dividend payments)
Bet they contemplating a placing or some other poor deal for existing shareholders but then some of them deserved to get ripped off imho

Needs a aim of where next , Debt free $15 in bank , dividend of 7% to 8%
The shares at its knees , can not work out this company why so low priced

Don't forget the option of an EGM
They had a lot of rain in Tanzania this year I read some while ago so I am guessing it is only now that consumption of gas will move a lot higher

maybe explaining that the "B" share idea is a return of capital for UK tax purposes (therefore not counted as income)
maybe in Norway, the system is different in the treatment as I guess your shares are now treated as foreign income for tax

I personally think you might ending up going down the EGM route to get change but hopefully I am wrong
With more than 10% you are able to call one at more or less anytime but shareholders will have to come together to get an agreement on what their proposals are going to be
Divisions will have to be sorted out before the approach is made because we will need to be united to get change
