with t/o of $148m at last accounts this would make an ideal bolt on for another operator, strip out duplicated costs and make £3-5m p.a, say a pe of 10-15 etc

1.84 seems a nice price for a top up.

The key is to read the last results.

The board are clearly aware that they need to expand volumes but that licences are strategic assets.

I suspect they will sell out if the right buyer comes along. Remember that these new volumes will put them well into the top 6 by volume and hence a nice purchase for someone.

The question is what price? I suspect we could see WEB being sold for around 4p a share this year.

Downside is therefore minimal and upside very significant IMO.

This new licence makes a difference to prospects and to valuation for any buyer down the line.

It is a good question where this will end up today.

Getting revenues is good but there need to be profits - these are uncertain as ever but the economies of scale from the technology should be good enough to improve profitability.
