22/5/2018 17:27 | You need balls the size of lemons for this. The mm’s have gathered shares by upping the price for a week. When that failed today they dropped the price to get them. Buyer still mopping up so be bold and hold for the next RNS | ernestsyngen
22/5/2018 16:53 | This will chew you up and spit you out if you try to trade on margin. You have to be able to take a bit of volatility. Tomorrow first hour may well see a raid on longs, but it won't last long. | urigem

22/5/2018 15:29 | On the not too distant past owners of online casinos, poker and sports betting were threatened with life in prison, for taking US customers bets. Most pulled their operations completely, as no money or growth prospects, they will be quick to react though, but US is very protectionist and with multiple state rules, and an influx of betting firms, it will pay to already be part of the solution | urigem
22/5/2018 15:27 | 5k profit last 12 months........ | purple11
22/5/2018 15:22 | DubOf course they will - but there are big barriers to entry, see the comment that only land based casino and tracks can apply.. That's why I think you take out or partner with the companies who have a head start.. This looks like a good one as it's worth next to nothing, but over night holding a Royal Flush. | urigem
22/5/2018 15:18 | Need to tie in with a big sports being platform, my money on Playtech | urigem
22/5/2018 15:17 | Cheers chaps, but how does that effect W Hill, 888, PP, etc, your saying as much as they aren't eligible to participate in open US betting, why are they there if there is a barrier to access, they will get licenced up won't they ? | dubian99
22/5/2018 15:14 | Re NY licence from last June's rns"The award of the license adds to the growing number of US States in which WatchandWager operates. Most importantly, it now secures WatchandWager a licensed presence in the two major States for horse racing by value of wagers placed, namely California and New York Itself, something many other ADW operators have been unable to achieve. It is estimated that California and New York residents wager over $1billion through ADW operations per annum and wagers on races conducted in the two key States represent over 40% of the total licensed US pool betting market of over $10billion per annum. The Board believes the acquisition of key licenses such as these is critical to the company's future as it continues to focus on the strategic development of its B2C retail operation via the watchandwager.com/mo | equity growth
22/5/2018 15:11 | DubA bit about the New York licenceWatchandWager | urigem
22/5/2018 15:08 | DubA bit from the RNS, more about the ADW licence that's where the regulations are- see belowWatchandWager has been the licensed operator of WatchandWager Cal Expo Racing in Sacramento, California since 2014. It is one of the few Advance Deposit Wagering ("ADW") companies to conduct both live pari-mutuel racing and on-line wagering services. Significantly, California's draft Sports Betting Bill specifies that only land-based racetracks and casinos will be eligible for license applications. In the United States, WatchandWager holds ADW licenses not only for California, but also for North Dakota (providing regulated access to a total of 28 states), together with individual State licenses for New York, Kentucky, Colorado, Minnesota | urigem
22/5/2018 15:07 | dubian99 online as well"As a reputable, licensed, and well-regulated company with a unique US land-based and on-line presence, WatchandWager can only benefit from this decision. As a result, we now seek partnerships with proven gaming software and other established operators in the anticipation that individual State legislation will receive approval." | equity growth

22/5/2018 14:49 | One thing isn't clear to me, The licences that WEBIS have allow them to operate as they do across states and tracks with Watchandwager, that obviously allows them some exclusivity but this as i see it is only in regards to be accredited to facilitate with the tracks Paris mutual system, equivalent to UK Tote, That may be big cheese in the old betting landscape but what other exclusivity do these licenses have when Paris mutual (Tote) is not the only odds return, If the US is opened up to online sports betting what is to stop PaddyPower etc from compiling their own odds or based on PM, nobody bets on the Tote online in the UK, they will certainly create their own odds in every other sport except horseracing, Basketball etc, to operate in the same arena Webis does if they have to pay a licence why wouldn't they, that's the reason William Hill etc have opps and 400 staff in the US If Webis's licences give them more exclusivity going forward than just the Paris Mutual then yes it's a Bid Deal, So what do these licences have except Paris Mutual pool access that give them exclusive value, any lth's can help here | dubian99
