Watkin Jones plc (AIM:WJG), the UK's leading developer and manager of residential for rent with a focus on the build to rent and purpose built student accommodation sectors, announces that Elizabeth Reilly, Non-Executive Director, bought 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 August 2020 at a price of 137.69 pence per share.

Subsequent to this purchase of shares, Elizabeth Reilly, now holds 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
