27/4/2017 07:37 | There's an analyst meeting at their first PRS project: The Court, Clarendon Quarter, Leeds today. (I could have gone - nobody asked me.) This is it: It's a fairly genteel old part of Leeds near to the University and should prove popular. The building itself used to be a school. It seems to be owned by AIG (US insurance company) so we have some pretty impressive clients! | jonwig
26/4/2017 19:42 | I think we can realistically target 2 quid in the next 6 months, this is probably now fairly valued. The easy money has been made here and the re rating probably almost over. Still solid long term though. | spoole5
26/4/2017 17:30 | Even after the rise it's on a PE of 12 and a PEG of around 0.6, so it's moved from very underpriced to merely underpriced. Given this, why would it fall rapidly? | bestace
26/4/2017 17:16 | Given the near vertical rise in the share price chart since January where does the the consesus of opinion think the top will be? I have to say I haven't a clue but what goes up quickly tends to fall even more rapidly. 3800 | 3800
26/4/2017 15:56 | There was actually one large "O" trade earlier :- 15:35:23 173.0000 300,000 O | skinny
26/4/2017 15:48 | Absolutely, someone or some institution decides they want to buy or sell! | greyingsurfer
26/4/2017 15:42 | is there not any human element behind price movements? | manrobert
26/4/2017 14:44 | manrobert - almost all trades on WJG are SETS, and marked 'AT'. The dreaded market makers have no role. | jonwig
26/4/2017 14:27 | market makers gradually raising offer price.all looking good. | manrobert

21/4/2017 12:19 | Yes he's just bought another 1.15 million shares taking the holding to over 11%, so 16% held by Blackrock & Woodford | 2vdm
21/4/2017 11:54 | salchow - thanks. If it was any good, others would be doing it. | jonwig
21/4/2017 11:34 | Excellent - should attract some decent attention. Woodford is buying up fast - he had 26.1m last month, so he's bought over 3m more since then: | rivaldo
21/4/2017 11:31 | jonwig - Blackrock do this all the time on some shares that I follow. When I see them come in on a share I own I think "oh no the dreaded Blackrock". They can be in and out like a yo-yo while in some cases loaning the shares for shorting although evidently not in this case. | salchow
21/4/2017 11:20 | Woodford just bought some more | bruceylegs
21/4/2017 09:30 | That rather blows up my theory from post #845! However, the total number of voting rights is now 13,349,980 (5.22%) up from 13,334,980 (19/04), and 13,346,962 (18/04). CFDs are included in these. That's effectively unchanged. I've no idea what they're up to. | jonwig
21/4/2017 09:28 | A couple of very small trades at 170p earlier. | skinny
21/4/2017 09:23 | Very odd, this was my post on 19th April above "I don't quite understand what Blackrock have done, buying 160K shares approx taking them over the 5% threshold and then reducing their holding immediately by 12K shares taking them below 5%. Any views?" Blackrock have now bought 12K back within 2 days, taking them over the 5% reporting threshold! | 2vdm |
