19/1/2007 14:36 | 1. Ross Dunlop has stood down. 2. No sign of a statement coming out? 3. Will they make a statement whilst there is no executive chairman? 4. If not will be waiting another x months for new appointment then anothe x months whilst they review the situation? 5. Will this mean results will not be released in which case shares will be suspended? 24 November 2006 Watermark Group Plc ("The Company") Proposed announcement on 30 November 2006 On 6 October 2006 the Company advised that it would announce, by 30 November 2006, details of the exceptional items it expected to be included in its accounts for the year ending 31 December 2006. In light of Ross Dunlop's appointment as Executive Chairman of the Company on 15 November 2006, the Company has decided to postpone such announcement (which will be made as soon as possible and practicable) to allow him sufficient time to have due input into the process of establishing and quantifying the extent of the exceptional items. | chicken

18/1/2007 18:54 | ross dunlop became executive chairman on the 15th but stepped down to be non executive chairman due to he could not give the job his full attention as it clashed with his night job at mcdonalds ' hope this helps with your question | sarscars
18/1/2007 14:55 | I am naturally following these as they are very cheap if they can turn things around, but not much sign of that yet. I don't have a position at the moment. Can anyone explain why Ross Dunlop became Executive Chairman on 15 November, but then stepped down today to be non-Executive Chairman. I can understand the need for a temporary Executive Chairman to look after the group in the short term through to recover, but there is nothing in the announcements to suggest that this process has been completed. Was anything announced previously to suggest this was a short term thing? | scburbs
17/1/2007 16:31 | This has been going on since August last year almost 5 months with no update as to how things look, price is slipping again all looks like doom and gloom. The SVG appointment could indicate 1.they dont trust them? 2. the managment are incompetent? | chicken
08/1/2007 11:31 | I think the two recent directorate changes are positive. Quail was obviously a turkey, and his days were numbered ever since the profit warnings last year. And good to see that SVG are prepared to put their necks on the line and get stuck in to sort this mess out. Will be looking for a reason to buy back in. | shopper21544

12/12/2006 11:27 | Made, You're far too modest! Interestingly, although I didn't agree with you at the time, I did get out only about 10% down; I keep watching for old times sake - a shame to see the decline after such great potential. See you at CEY. | spaceparallax

03/11/2006 07:54 | Certainly possible but I think the main players will be waiting for the results of the restructuring review at the end of the month. Once that's in the market, management will no doubt do a road show to the major shareholders on the prospects for the business. After that is when any action would come (if it is to). | stemis
