Becoming a bit of a beast in my PF. Did someone suggest this was a fraud a few months back? If so I wish all my holdings were frauds!

You got in there early! My first buy was at 88p in December 2016. Most of mine are in my SIPP, unfortunately, so IHT relief is not an issue.

Thank you EC for your analyses. I first bought in at 69.5p in June 2016, but like you have sliced several times on the way up. Have now only a tenth of your holding, and will probably hang on to them. Not sure if they qualify for IHT relief, but guess most people not worried by that.

From the results I don't think alot of the contract wins In the last 6 months are backed into the current results. This means we can be pretty much certain next year's final results will show substantial growth again

Comparison between my valuation model to the figures in the recent trading statement is encouragingly close.

- Revenue $24.7m vs. $24.5m modelled
- Statutory PBT $3.8m vs. $3.8m modelled
- adjusted PBT $4.2m vs. $4.1m modelled

I hadn't adjusted the model for the recent acquisition and fund raise yet, so can't get a comparison on pro forma net cash.

Drilling down to segment level, corporate franchise revenues were ahead of my forecast and insurance B-to-B sales were behind. The latter is somewhat surprising, given the success in adding new national insurance accounts over the last year; I guess it just shows that they take a while to scale.

Neither of the two brokers providing coverage have upgraded, although both have indicated likely upgrades in future. This, frankly, leaves their current forecasts for 2021 looking rather foolish, with implied H2 revenue below H1, in spite of the very strong upwards trends and the benefit of a full period in H2 from recent franchise reacquisitions.

I will work on more realistic projections over the weekend and publish here when done.

I added today - think that's the 4th add for me. What is this talk about offers though - we don't need that IMO as it's got legs and is doing just fine by itself

any views on

- what the current cap valuation should be wrt statutory profit ?

(is cap. value at about 30 times statutory profit ?, not excessive imo.
Statutory H1 profit of £2.9million.
cap. value £187 million,
ratio of 64 for H1 alone !;

if double to include H2 then a number of 32 comes out. If 10% growth in stat. profit in H2 wrt H1 then the ratio becomes

30.6

(this ratio comes down if use a different profit number such as EBITDA)

- possible profit & valuation in 1 year ?
