But seriously Water Leaks in the USA need to be sorted. TRump needs to pull his finger out and invest in sorting the leaks.

Q4 Trading Update and Year-End Corporate Items

This primarily US-based leak detection and fixing business has been going from strength to strength over the past year, culminating in the following Q4 trading update:

The Company's strong financial performance referred to in the Q3 Trading Update on 21 December 2016, continued for the remainder of 2016. Revenue growth exceeded market expectations within all sales channels, including newly acquired UK-based NRW Utilities, with total revenues for the year of $12.2m (2015: $8.8m) with adjusted profit before tax in-line with market expectations.

Costs rose due to a UK acquisition and a few other activities which are not ongoing, so hopefully 2017 will be even better.

Profit margins are expected to grow during 2017 with a full year of trading from the 2016 acquisitions, together with continued organic growth.

There's another small bonus for investors as the company announces that it will release final results on or around 9 May. Last year, investors had to wait until June to get the figures, which is far from ideal.

I discussed this company last year and noted the high returns achievable through its franchise business model.


My opinion: Highly investable if you're comfortable owning a US company.

good figures, good market response. Given they've made this announcement now, the next few months company news will be most important. It;s how they now drive their expansion. Anyone see any coverage of this share (IC, Ft etc?)

I do not expect we'll wait til June (as wwas the case last yr) for final results for yr end 31 Dec. However if no notification of results day is out by end of the month, I will ask the co secretary when we should expect them.

They did say in the last trading update that revenues were ahead and profits in line due to significant investment, which is fair imo. What should be interesting is to watch company statements during 2017 for signs that the investment has started to feed through to the bottom line.

I would think that direct contracts like the one announced today are likely to have a beneficial effect on margins.

It's nice to have company after holding for quite some time. Because of re-investment I expect the figures to be no more than market expectations (I think they have said so themselves). It's all in the plans they have and the way they are positioning for growth.

Good to be holding a company that advances 17% on the day, yet there isn't the normal ramping or excitement that is often seen, company is certainly still under the radar.

Last trading update on 21st December was after Q3 period, so I would imagine that another trading update will be released before full year results?

Feels like a significant change in direction with this contract news, away from local marketing and franchise model.

I did manage a small add but only at nms 2k, it was so difficult to buy this morning, which makes think that these are tightly held, any mention or tip could see an interesting price movement here.

Have to remember that it can work both ways, so will be careful not to build too large a position.

Then sell now. However you might like to check the chart over the last year when markets have fallen. As the shares are tightly held they tend not to react too much to external events.

I'd doubt $2.5m but £2m is possible. For a company valued at £14m that's pretty good It is the next year and how they turn words into more action I will be interested in

Where's this going to guys ? Could sales of $13m and Ebitda reach $2.5m this FY. ? 50% upside possible, if so would put the market cap upto £21m which wouldn't be too expensive. I'll stick my neck out for £1.80 share sometime before the end of June.
