Warpaint London PLC (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 brand, announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been informed by Paul Hagon, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that Palmer & Harvey McLane Ltd, of which Paul Hagon is a Director, entered into administration on 28 November 2017.
