Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, has been informed that its Joint Chief Executive Officers, Samuel Bazini and Eoin Macleod, have each today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 120.0 pence per share.

Following the above transactions, each of Samuel Bazini and his connected parties, and Eoin Macleod and his connected parties, hold 19,445,208 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.34% of the Company's issued share capital each.

Warpaint London is a colour cosmetics business, based in Iver, Buckinghamshire. It is made up of two divisions: close-out and own-brand. The second and larger own-brand division primarily consists of the Group's flagship brand, W7, together with the Technic, Body Collection and Man'stuff brands acquired through the acquisition of Retra Holdings in 2017.

Retra owns three major brands: Technic, Body Collection and Man'stuff, in addition to supplying white label cosmetics produced for several major high street retailers including Asda and Matalan.
