WANdisco receives 98% support for the resolutions

("WANdisco" or the "Company")

Result of General Meeting

WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the data activation platform, is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Circular and put to the General Meeting ("GM") of the Company on 6 June 2023 were duly passed.

Resolution 1 was passed as an Ordinary Resolution (requiring a simple majority to be passed) and Resolution 2 was passed as a Special Resolution (requiring at least a 75% majority to be passed). The results for each resolution are set out below.
