Frontier developments, nice investment there. They're going great guns. Let's hope we go into Q4 with some positive news here.

I'm excited about tomorrow and looking forward to the presentation.

I have 3 significant holdings reporting this week. IQE today, Wand tomorrow and Frontier developments on Thursday!

IQE went fine, as did the presentation (Run the Joules did you get your 127p purchase?). Im definitely hoping for more fireworks from wandisco. Should have just paid 7 for the top up instead of trying to get 6.80.

It's gone 3 v 1, time for another move higher me thinks. After some down days it's good to have some positive movement ahead of tomorrow's results.

I wanna see some buying today ahead of tomorrow interim results. Hoping the presentation is forward looking too as the pipeline should be good if only just the new backup product being tested by existing clients. Hope to see the back of £8 come the end of Sept so we can go into Q4 and challenge double figures with some contract win RNSs.

Hmm yeah the problem with HL is that I had actually planned to buy ALU a couple of days ago, tried and failed... then forgot to try again! That was a planned trade, thanks HL!

Still nicely in profit here overall, just wish I had waited with my top up! Should have know there would have been a better opportunity. Lesson learned!

Nimbo1, if you want basic execution only service, Jarvis Investment Management's X-O platform at £5.95 a trade is worth a look. Their ISA is good too, no holding charges, same £5.95 trades. Disclosure - I have shares in JIM held them since 50p great divi, they must be doing it right shares now £5 ish

I did use Barclays and HL but am now moving from barclays to HL after their smart investor push - its much more expensive and sh1t. Shame as I like the previous barclays trader account. I can't trade this as my position is too illiquid. I actually find HL's inability to trade during times of volatility can work in my favour as it is an extra mechanism for not allowing a rash decision even if they don't mean it to be!

I did go to the market nimbo1 @700p after being stopped out at edit *686p. I'm just using Hargreaves Lansdowne like a d#ckhead. Any suggestions to investigate for a better broker / who to use level 2 with? What do you all use? I trade only small amounts up to £4k.

Yeah true but if it's a big contract it would be price sensitive so I think it would have to be announced when signed. Anyway, I hope we have some news on the 11 July announcement - WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the world leader in Active Data Replication™, is pleased to announce several strategic customers have begun beta testing WANdisco Fusion's new Backup functionality as part of their existing contract with WANdisco.

run the joules you did well to get back in imo - I can't get any quotes here to buy live and would have to go to the market.

Why would they announce it before the presentation! Its extremely rare to hear from companies just before their results or presentations as they like saving some decent news. I am hoping for some sort of expectations upgrade. They now have 1000's of people selling their products across IBM and Oracle etc and demand for outage free data transfer should be growing.

I don't use stops as have been others lose their shares and it bounces hard and fast before being able to buy back. Anyway, am holding firm and hoping we have good news on the pipeline. I kinda expected another chunky contract win to be announced before the interim RNS. Oh well.

If people are selling because of SCSW they're doing it too late, they said something like 'you will have taken profit at 800'. Now is too late. Of course, now I've just been stopped out and had to buy back in at a slightly higher price. Rookie mistake. Note to self: If you have a stop, put it in high not low. Or just don't have one, if you believe in the stock, other people will be after it too! Dangnabbit.

SCSW probably saying that due to the increase in the last month. I'm sure the interim presentation is going to be positive so I'm holding and hoping we can expect to tne FY with no cash burn which would exceed expectations and attract some decent holders.

can't get a live quote - had to put in a buy order for only 500 shares! doesnt look like i am going to get them as put the buy price at 680. If you ask me it looks like they are going after stops to fill buy orders, surely they wouldn't do that before the presentation?! ; )
