We may well see some more buying towards the end of next week and then into the interim presentation the week after. Hopefully we'll get some positive vibes re pipeline and expectations of positive EBITDA H2 and therefore to beat market expectations. Also, be interesting re any more partnerships likely and how what the new back up product is likely to do, performance-wise.

well the spread is decreasing and the bid is increasing which bodes well. surprised there wasn't more of a pullback from 8 tbh, but guess it is because the buyer announced this morning took all the stock between 7-8.

We know what the figures broadly look like H1 from the trading update but I hope we have some good news on the pipeline and the new back up launch on July 11. It should be easier to sell to existing customers and hopefully this will be another decent revenue stream -WANdisco Fusion for Backup features improved functionality for customers including:No backup-dedicated storage: WANdisco Fusion for Backup, unlike other solutions, does not require dedicated hardware leading to greater cost savings and ROINo scheduled backup period: Changes to data are recorded wherever they occur with automatic recovery in case of an outage from any point in timeOpt-in backup: An administrator can select subsets of content for backup to minimize costsLow overhead: Adding backup capabilities to a specific location imposes no additional overhead on regular Fusion operations for the source systemCross-target backups: Users can back up content to other Fusion supported environments, including from on-premises to cloud object storage such as Amazon S3 or GlacierNo administrator overhead: No additional time for maintenance is required once backup functionality has been enabledCo-existence: Fusion Backup works with regular Fusion continuous active-active replicationOther leading market solutions for backup need:Dedicated hardware for backup: Other solutions need dedicated resources for backup with no option of running analytics on data on these clustersScheduled backups: Other solutions require scheduled backups which either take a manual copy of the file system using DistCp or HDFS snapshots. Neither solution matches the functionality of active-active replication which enables continuous backup.David Richards, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of WANdisco, commented: "The rapid growth of mission-critical applications means companies cannot afford the risk of downtime and data loss. WANdisco Fusion continues to be the only solution available which can guarantee zero RTO in the event of an outage across multiple locations using our patented active data replication technology."

Looks like info re holdings is being gleaned by all and sundry via different channels on different dates. Difficult to know which is current. A lot can happen in each fortnight if that's how long it's taking official sources to process delayed data.

Poor form re the delay but it the responsibility of the Gruber's to inform the company to then inform the market. Anyway, this looks primed for another uplift and it looks like it won't take too much buying.

So a fortnight ago Mr & Mrs Gruber bought around a million shares, taking their holding from 0.81%, to 3.6%. But only now are we told.

Disregard that I can see it was from last week. Let's hope we have some decent momentum in the lead up to the interim results and presentation. It seems to be going that way. A chunky contract win over the coming couple of weeks would be a bonus too.

Quite a large spread which isn't great, hopefully the bid will creep up to tighten it. Anyone else attending the interim presentation?
