MMs paying over the mid-price for shares. I can see some blue days in the next 2 weeks in the run up to the interim RNS.

Only CFEP on at £6.15 so looks ready to move, and they're only on for 1,500.

For anyone who might want to "get up to speed"

Note Hadoop Distributed File System which is the Open Source system which WAND'S software plugs into.

Sorry I shouldn't assume people know why I am posting something.
However, things like that give us visibility and is considered world news.
If we can provide a service for many different sectors it gives us far more 'clout'.
It is a form of advertising in a way and getting our name known and out there!

MELTON it was more about 'WHO' announced it.

Clearly deemed of interest in the pharmaceutical sector.

Get up to speed man!

This is from 11th though and sounds like more revenue streams to come. Easier selling to existing clients. WANdisco (LSE: WAND), the world leader in Active Data Replication™, is pleased to announce several strategic customers have begun beta testing WANdisco Fusion's new Backup functionality as part of their existing contract with WANdisco.WANdisco Fusion for Backup features improved functionality for customers including:No backup-dedicated storage: WANdisco Fusion for Backup, unlike other solutions, does not require dedicated hardware leading to greater cost savings and ROINo scheduled backup period: Changes to data are recorded wherever they occur with automatic recovery in case of an outage from any point in timeOpt-in backup: An administrator can select subsets of content for backup to minimize costsLow overhead: Adding backup capabilities to a specific location imposes no additional overhead on regular Fusion operations for the source systemCross-target backups: Users can back up content to other Fusion supported environments, including from on-premises to cloud object storage such as Amazon S3 or GlacierNo administrator overhead: No additional time for maintenance is required once backup functionality has been enabledCo-existence: Fusion Backup works with regular Fusion continuous active-active replicationOther leading market solutions for backup need:Dedicated hardware for backup: Other solutions need dedicated resources for backup with no option of running analytics on data on these clustersScheduled backups: Other solutions require scheduled backups which either take a manual copy of the file system using DistCp or HDFS snapshots. Neither solution matches the functionality of active-active replication which enables continuous backup.David Richards, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of WANdisco, commented: "The rapid growth of mission-critical applications means companies cannot afford the risk of downtime and data loss. WANdisco Fusion continues to be the only solution available which can guarantee zero RTO in the event of an outage across multiple locations using our patented active data replication technology."

Exactly, more revenue and more clients,in my opinion.
They have attracted the right people so far.

It was pumped up due to the amazing, patented tech but crashed down down due to the massive cash burn and dilution. If we have positive EBITDA, no cash burn and no dilution (especially with the credit facility) we are onto a winner and this will climb higher. I think a lot of positive news has been priced in but given wan are only moving some 5% of RBS's data there is potential for a lot more revenue from that client and all clients re wan's back up solution too. Disaster recovery is a hot topic. Hopefully more case studies are published. I think the interim is due at some point in August so hopefully they'll be some decent buying in the coming weeks.

I would say look at the seven year chart!
This was three times the price BUT now at last we are getting contracts.
This is the start imo

Far easier for a large company just to buy them out rather than having to navigate the patents, develop their own version of the tech and get it market recognised imho.

From wan's website -Imagine analyzing it, copying it and sharing it selectively, safely, securely with no downtime and no disruption – not even for a second. We imagined the same. We believed it was possible. We made it happen and patented it which makes us the world leader in Active Data Replication™.No one can copy their algorithm and zero downtime was thought impossible so I doubt there'll be anything similar any time soon but who knows? I'm holding and will carry on topping up if this doesn't get too high after the interim results. Hopefully more contracts will be announced and if there is zero cash burn the entire year it'll move to the next level.

From memory PI Fusion is a plug-in developed by WAND running on an open source distributed computing system from Apache called Hadoop.
What is the size of this market? It is only useful to very large companies with tons of changeable data and always on systems.
Can another company duplicate the function of Fusion? They have patents but can they be worked around.
Lots of good news in the price so hard to forecast future value and upside.
