29/12/2021 09:42 | Chart looking much better on the chart | maxim1999
22/12/2021 21:27 | Yes, I was not expecting to hear him talk about Wandisco as Harwood Capital do not have a disclosable interest. | cerrito
22/12/2021 11:10 | Christopher Mills talks positively about WANDisco (20:00) here. www.linkedin.com/fee www.youtube.com/watc | brummy_git

20/12/2021 20:56 | A series of relatively small wins, with a large loss. This business was posting $17m in revenue in 2017, at least there was a semblance of vanity. Fund raise ahoy in Jan/Feb again. | lingeringsmell
20/12/2021 12:50 | Maxim, Since september they have announced: Telecoms contract circa £750K over FIVE YEARS Automotive contract at circa £75K per month for five years Bank contract (sum undisclosed) IBM channel contract @ circa £500k a year for two years. That amounts to circa £1.65M a year. Its all good, but that is under £850K per 6 months against £20m losses last 6 months. Those upgrades still need more to make any meaningful dent on the losses - and prior to the last fundraise I think we were asking questions about how many more raises they would get away. G. | garth
20/12/2021 11:59 | That's the point , they already know the numbers in the past are poor. This is pointing to upgrades in 2022 | maxim1999
20/12/2021 09:10 | Its worth just over £500K a year for two years and they lost over £20M in 6 months... Just saying. G. | garth
20/12/2021 08:55 | More good news. | maxim1999
15/12/2021 08:19 | Wand historically always secured decent contracts in Dec. It is the rest of the year that is the issue. The next question is how much will they have to discount the next raise? Look at their guidance and it is clear as day one is coming. | tickboo
13/12/2021 17:26 | First things first well done to those who bought at 280 a couple of weeks back. I was interested to see that today's deal was measured in tb and Thursday's in monetary terms. I note that in the prelims published on May 5 that the aim was to migrate 30pb on AWS in 2021. Good that the 500 tb is and indeed the prospect of 3pb from this client, it seems we are still in the foothills...or have I misunderstood? | cerrito
13/12/2021 12:22 | See my post below. Holds good still . | maxim1999
10/12/2021 10:47 | Yep and I think Richards is awful. Look at the revenue fall since 2017. From $19.6m with a $13.5m loss to last year a $10.5m revenue and loss of $34.3m. That is some epic fail and of course guidance massively OTT and massively missed. This year it is expected to be $6m revenue with an even larger loss than last year (I got it wrong before as was looking at estimated EBITDA). A raise sooner than later as the longer it's left with less cash the bigger discount. | tickboo
10/12/2021 10:18 | From a must have technology for cloud migration, this has actually turned out to be just an 'App' on other provider's platforms. Too little revenue, zero profitability, enormous overheads. Not a good business proposition. | owenski
10/12/2021 10:03 | As of June 30 they had $47.7m cash so given the loss projections this year and next a raise inevitable, just a matter of timing. | tickboo
10/12/2021 09:22 | Yup amazing how there is always a breakthrough contract just before a placing in this one. | blah blah
10/12/2021 09:06 | Estimated revenue this year is $6m with nearly $30m loss and best in mind they have never hit guidance next year estimate is $10m with $24.7m loss so one assumes that will be a lower revenue base and higher loss. Another raise looks nailed on. At least Richards is consistent in raising cash albeit I suspect a large discount incoming.https://www | tickboo
09/12/2021 17:33 | When I see Richard Griffiths on the share register of a company I have shares in I generally fret that he will sell down and decrease the price so good to see him adding. | cerrito
09/12/2021 14:52 | How many watershed moments has this company had? Richards' a fraud albeit with falling revenues and increasing losses of many years he is at least consistent. | tickboo
09/12/2021 14:09 | I think this news is significant and opens the gates to further contracts . A watershed and the momentum builds from here | maxim1999
09/12/2021 08:52 | Obviously a good contract announcement, although I'd have liked to have heard of several other significant wins by now. However, should I be more impressed that this is a Google cloud win and not the two providers they've been concentrating on -AWS and Microsoft? | bg23
18/11/2021 08:41 | Richards' still in charge. Also no Chairman to direct him. | tickboo
17/11/2021 16:34 | Why todays sell off ? | maxim1999 |
