The CFO states that we have a $10m start in H2 due to a $4m deal from H1 that will be realised this half as well as $3m ALM renewals And another $3m for support and maintenance amortisation makes the $10m so there's a $6m target which they're comfortable with due to the burgeoning pipeline. Hopefully they'll be able to exceed it. 1,000 Alibaba sales reps being trained to sell products that have been delivered. They're also developing more products with IBM which will increase the addressable market. Short term pain for medium and long term gain. They've staffed in engineering and channel partners to accelerate growth. They're tracking to the costs as stated to analysts so all being well they'll achieve what they set out to. The following year should naturally be better with recurring and increasing revenues as well as new clients. I'll be buying on any dips.

How do you know what he is saying. If there is good news DR should be sharing it with all holders.

The CFO said they've had a good start to H2 due to revenue being realised later than expected so they only need to pull in some $9m to hit forecasts and coupled with their pipeline they're confident of hitting them. I expect them to be exceeded and I'm sure that's what DR is saying to the large holders.

I reckon it needs to pull in $50m to get to cash positive, just a ball park figure.

Their target I think is $20m for this year, if so, they need some stellar growth to justify even the current m.cap. Happy to be corrected.

I would expect them to beat target with the pipeline they've got.

Notes on the Accounts Para 5 page 15 Dec 2017 FWIW.
All of the directors are also directors of a fellow group company,WANdisco Inc. All of their remuneration was paid by WANdisco Inc. The directors provide services across all of the group companies, however an apportionment exercise has not been completed,as any amount would be done on an arbitrary basis.

2 points.

1. Directors Salaries are not included in the £3.5 million Wages and Salaries for WANdisco Limited.

2. Apportionment and arbitrary bases seems like "Oh I think I'll put in 20% of my charge out time to WANdisco Limited"

WAND has to go some to cover these costs
Turnover 2016 £2.487 million. 2017 £2.56 million.
Lets hope The Directors are fulfilling their 2017 KPI objectives.

WANdisco International Limited report and financial statements 31 December 2018 will probably be on line around July 2019 if it follows last years pattern.

I would think that the Management team would only make factual statements on income as it must relate to the currant accounting period. I am sure that Adrian Stone(Senior Statutory Auditor)for KPMG in Leeds is aware that in 2017 turnover was £2.5 million and administration expenses £7.9 million. Wages and Salaries were £3.5 million plus other items making a total ££4.4 million and yet there is an amount of £10.3 million owed to group undertakings which I think is WANdisco International inc or the consultancy company that keeps coping up.

KPI
The directors regard changes in revenue, operating expenses and the need to move towards trading profitability to be the KPI's so any announcement over the next 3 months has to be relevant and factual. There may be a closed period for announcements but it is AIM.

I'm terrible at this as could've got my 4,000 for 5.50 or less rather than 5.60 but still think they'll be a fair whack higher come year end.

I don't know what your trading formula is but for me on the way up from last December I would have had, did have, a trailing stop loss, sort of lost my way from £9.30 down but did get out and could now get back in having saved about £1.80.
I am now holding what I had about a year ago and very "small beer" compared to you. Good Luck.

I bought 4,000 more so now sitting on 55,000. Hoping the share price will be back to double figures before year end. Hopefully they announce some Alibaba deals.

Fair enough and I see your point. Buying at the same level as the last raise seems good to me. It may well fall further but I see this as a bargain given they've since signed Microsoft who have won 3 contracts in as many months, Alibaba and they're developing more with IBM. If they hit FY forecasts I can see this being back into double figures. The market will like recurring revenues which should be on the up year on year given companies data is only going to increase in volume.

There is a rule followed by some "Never add to an offside position" best of luck.

Personally the one I used to find hard was exercising my stop loss now I do all the time and find "The first loss is the cheapest"

I've bought some more at 5.60, obviously a little bit above the last placing. If they hit FY18 forecasts I can see this back in double figures as with the new model I'd think current FY19 forecasts will be beaten due to recurring revenues etc.The fact I've bought more means it's likely to fall further

I was at this place last year, getting close to my stops.
Some consistent sells, I always think that smallish round number (ie 1000 ) are large holders selling trying not to spook the market, but then the market makers would know that and alter their spreads, and then again that is how they would unload if someone gave them 50,000 to stuff into the average investor.

Agreed and I'm gonna write to the Conan's FPR guys as we'll below the placing price where the proceeds were to accelerate growth and secure more strategic partnerships. The growth bit is missing although it will come they should have articulated the change in strategy re on-premise to cloud and recurring revenues.

Appalling timing from these people, really clueless! One has to wonder how that particular meeting went...."mmmm ok, share price has halved in three months, lets give away a shed load of freebies (10P) to the directors". Sends the wrong signal completely. By all means give them freebies but tie it to the share price in 2/3 years time.

This is a disgrace>>>>> directors awarding themselves shares @ 10p when share price is @ 650p

" on 2 October 2018, Mr. Miller was awarded an additional 18,123 RSUs at 10p each vesting in 3 years."

He needs to signal here .. or I think he runs the danger of losing big share holders

I don’t care about the few thousand shares moving around here .. but I’d care a lot about a big guy say “ f&ck it” .. they leave they never come back
