Ktkp - totally agree on that precise TP!! (are they completely sure it shouldn't be 1284???)

Some taking profit and some lemmings (of which I am one a lot of the time). The lack of news is bizarre given the number of contract RNSs we had last year. I hope/assume they've had a lot of smaller wins that aren't deemed material. The forecast last year was lower so the value of what is now material will have increased. I hope we get a decent amount of detail in the trading update given the new partnerships that need to bed in.

Probably nothing, the whole market is a mess recently.

I still can't believe there's been no news from the company for so long..

That would be the research where they increase their price target to 1283p - announced today.

The link doesnt work and on the analyst section they only have the Edison reports and not the broker ones which is odd.Edison are due to publish one so I assume theyll do so after July's trading update. Hopefully included will be news on Microsoft and Alibaba and when sales are expected. I believe Microsoft were pretty much good to go but Alibaba needed more integration time.

A trading update is due next month so let's hope the revised forecast can be achieved beforehand.

qruz, not much time to look at chart at mo, as just got in. Basically I got the direction of the prior turn completely wrong. I did manage to add at this mornings lows. Will update if anything has changed.

Livening up now ... looks like the big buyer has stepped away and it’s down to the crowd to take this on... doesn’t feel very solid to me..

Still had a 30,000 and 20,000 mid-price at 10.85 which has lifted volume. I bought another 375 at 10.69 so have 875 in a trading pot averaging around 11.30 (rather than 500 at 11.70!). Hoping it now moves on up. I won't touch my core holding though.

Hello Bamboo,

Any update on the chart here after the last two days? volume looks low to me. so seems to be a short term move. Buys nearly touching 11.

I'd imagine a lot of the larger cos who want access to their data while it's in transit will want to use wand and won't compromise given the importance of access. If it's moving data on a massive scale the downtime can be for many hours and days even so I take the point not all will need to use wand tech but many will.

"My view is that it is almost a given that AT&T and other Oracle clients would use Wandisco for cloud migration."

I don't think this is true I'm afraid. Very much depends on the customer.

Looks like nimrod was right and I bought my 500 too early. Will hold until they bounce and might add a few more when I start seeing buys and blue.Assuming it is wand moving AT&T's data as well as many other big Oracle clients I'm hoping the FY18 forecast can be beaten. I saw the write up re acquisitions and I hope wand can make a lot progress revenue wise before any others are forthcoming.

My view is that it is almost a given that AT&T and other Oracle clients would use Wandisco for cloud migration.

The main thrust of the article is that Oracle are playing catch up in moving to cloud services vis a vis Amazon, Microsoft etc. They have been a bit complacent with their 'captive' (some say 'hostage' customers)and are late to the cloud party. This may increase the attraction and possibility of an acquisition of companies that project oracle further up the curve.

is interesting
