16/1/2018 11:13 | capaldi, LOL | bamboo2
16/1/2018 11:12 | Debt position probably a concern | capaldij1
16/1/2018 09:17 | be interesting to see whether the roadshow this week generates any institutional demand. | nimbo1
16/1/2018 09:15 | Those 115,000 and 115,750 trades although mid price look like buys. Anyway, hopefully we can bounce back from here as although many are taking profit (fair enough) the upside looks really good to me and hopefully more chunky contract RNSs are not too far away. | tickboo
16/1/2018 08:22 | Also IBM reports royalties for Q4 in Feb. Q4 is the big quarter for most US tech companies because it is year end. So if IBM had a big Q4 then this would only show in the WAND trading update for first six months of 2018. | ralphmalph
16/1/2018 08:15 | Pretty much as I thought it would be, very good but not stratospheric. Plenty of cash in hand for expansion. As mentioned above some profit taking then I believe share price will continue upwards. | nimrod22
16/1/2018 07:31 | Well good news $20m was exceeded and a great update. Another blue day, surely?! Big data smashing it.Big Data bookings for WANdisco Fusion ("Fusion") up 121% in 2017 to $15.7 million (2016: $7.1 million)We have begun 2018 with a strong new business pipeline across multiple industry verticals, not only through our partnership with IBM, but also via our other channel partners, as we maximise our routes to market. With the proceeds of the recent placing we have the resources to capitalise on the opportunity in front of us." | tickboo
15/1/2018 21:53 | Confirmation of the cup/bowl pattern requires an eod close above the recent high [990]. The minimum tp for the Big W is 970. Validation of the cup/bowl pattern does not look too demanding. | bamboo2
15/1/2018 21:31 | Agreed, the 5 year chart looks that was and the drop in 2014 was fast and sharp so the rise back to that level could well do the same. It obviously hit £15 before that too but just less than £13 seems to be the next stop. | tickboo
15/1/2018 21:17 | tickboo, agreed, any retrace will be limited in depth and duration. I plan to hold at least through to the next phase of the pattern. Looking at the longer term chart, it is possible to see the recent chart pattern as the handle of a much larger bowl, or cup. This has an eventual target price at a minimum of 1290 | bamboo2
15/1/2018 20:22 | Hopefully a decent operational update will mean any retrace is short lived and we plough through resistance. | tickboo
15/1/2018 17:38 | CEO: Welcome to the @WANdisco team Ramki. Looking forward to seeing us solve the #blockchain throughput deficiencies in the coming weeks hxxps://t.co/5qSPeY4 | aishah
15/1/2018 15:51 | I expect some exciting new products to be developed. Exciting times for sure. Ramki will be working with Chief Scientist, Inventor and Co-Founder, Dr Yeturu Aahlad Ph.D, in Fusion Kernel, WANdisco's technology incubator, which looks at new use cases for the Company's patented Distributed Coordination Engine™ (DConE) and their transformation into successful commercial products. David Richards, CEO and Co-Founder of WANdisco said: "I am delighted Ramki has joined WANdisco to explore new applications for our unique replication technology. With the growth of distributed ledger technologies such as Blockchain, I have no doubt that Ramki's background in encryption will be invaluable as we look to address challenges prevalent in new distributed computing applications." Ramki Thurimella, VP of Research said: "I'm joining WANdisco at a true industry inflection point where the potential of its patented Distributed Coordination Engine technology is only just beginning to be realized. I believe there are many other innovative products we can bring to market to complement the company's existing Source Code Management and Big Data and Cloud portfolios." | tickboo
15/1/2018 10:35 | Won’t it come after IBM? at the earliest? I think IBM 18th.. | knighttokingprawn
15/1/2018 10:34 | On the valuation front I think its hard to apply traditional P/E metrics (which I never really consider on growth shares and is particularly irrelevant in this case). The utility value here is getting higher by the day - as more and more firms realise they need to use what wand are peddling. I actually think someone will try to buy Wandisco before too long unless the value rises a lot. | nimbo1
15/1/2018 10:33 | The distributed computing model from which the company's name is derived seems a perfect fit with blockchain technology which relies on as I understand it multiple copies of data across distributed systems. | melton john
15/1/2018 10:13 | I expect a trading update tomorrow or Wednesday, last year's was on 16th Jan and a decent one before they present would go down well. | tickboo
15/1/2018 09:57 | Great to see blockchain mentioned in an rns - nothing like mentioning blockchain to pull in some more punters, whether we know what the implications are yet or not. Looking forward to the T/U. | nimbo1
15/1/2018 08:36 | 6 MMs on the bid, not sure I've seen that here before. Seems like a good appointment this morning and let's hope an increase in NPD and our assessable market. | tickboo
15/1/2018 08:16 | AISAH -do you have next week's lottery numbers as well? | qackers
15/1/2018 08:15 | :-) from this mornings RNS "I am delighted Ramki has joined WANdisco to explore new applications for our unique replication technology. 14/1/2018 21:22 | WANdisco Blockchain? That'll do wonders :-) | aishah
