Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that the Company was notified on 14 December 2018 that, on that date, Vijay Thakrar, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Vijay holds 7,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company's total issued share capital.
