Hansource Investments Reinstated
W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES), the tungsten, copper and gold, exploration and development company with assets in Spain and Portugal, announces that, further to the announcement released on 3 May 2018, Hansource Investments Limited ("Hansource"), which is a registered owner of 333,333,333 ordinary shares of 0.1p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 6.08%, was reinstated as an operating business by Companies House with effect from 13 September 2018.
Hansource representatives confirmed this to the Company on 30 September 2018.
