09/5/2017 12:13 | Is Mr Scott still selling his remaining shares - not sure how many he would have left after going below a notifiable interest.... | idandy
03/5/2017 13:39 | 149k of irrecoverable VAT is bad enough but suspension of VAT number will be costly going forward. Hard to imagine them floating another company successfully with an incompetent FD such as they must have still in situ who clearly cannot manage the one he has now. | marvelman
25/4/2017 09:51 | The idea of forming a gold company out of the same patch of land as the tungston deposit sums up Mastermans paranoia with floating and funding. His latest oil venture is another distraction while this company dives into the abyss. Somehow, despite all the money that investors have lost by trusting his flawed business skills, he will surely come out smelling of roses as these characters tend to do. | marvelman
25/4/2017 09:39 | As sure as eggs is eggs. | sleveen
25/4/2017 09:14 | So another round of fundraising.... | bigboots
20/4/2017 12:55 | I am totally bored with WRES. Six month chart shows 6 months downtrend with only a blip in January interrupting it Just treading water while the next placing creeps up on us. What price this one ? 0.25p ??? Lowest placing price to date. Will it be the last placing - no Subsequent one to be at 0.20p ??? Onwards and downwards. | tyranosaurus
19/4/2017 07:36 | @ 4mins, early production in Q1 2018, not in the latest RNS as it should have been IMHO. Placing RNS on 9th March states initial production H2 2017. Oops | sleveen
12/4/2017 07:06 | Good idea flashheart! sleveen12 Apr '17 - 08:01 - 11416 of 11418 0 1 (Filtered) | cpap man
12/4/2017 07:05 | Big step forward, 50% supplier finance at attractive terms and possible government grant to come too. All minimising any dilution and taking us a big step forward. Wonder if there are any EU grants we can apply for too? | barony
12/4/2017 07:05 | Just filter the tw@ cpap. I did long ago. | flashheart
12/4/2017 07:01 | Today's RNS is not news it's designed to pump the share price ready for the next placing. From 19/1/2017 RNS: "Terms have now been agreed with leading vendors for the financing, supply and installation for two of the three core equipment packages: the Crusher and the Jig / Mill Plant. It is expected that vendor finance of 50% will be provided on the Crusher and the Jig / Mill Plant and formal contracts are expected to be awarded in the next month." Today's news only confirms contracts awarded nothing new materially. News on the advancement of the crusher installation would have been much better. Placing ahoy with around E2m to find from somewhere ie more placings. DON'T FALL FOR IT. | sleveen
06/4/2017 08:03 | More games with share price looking at those trades. Another Masterman carve up coming. He seems to believe he's an oil man now and I hope those guys in SRON are aware of his track record on placings. | marvelman
04/4/2017 17:02 | 5000000 sell @0.33p , that'll be one of the 0.35p placees bailing...probably. | sleveen
27/3/2017 20:37 | chipperfrd27 Mar '17 - 09:33 - 2814 of 2817 1 0 Perhaps there is a degree of 'end-of-tax-year' portfolio adjusting going on. It is fairly normal on the LSE at this time of the year. If so, it will all end soon. Chip | cpap man
24/3/2017 09:16 | Barony, I challenged sairam99's statement that WRES would be able to build the new plant and aims to be debt free, not that it would further dilute. However, since you raise the prospect about further dilution. I can confidently claim that there will be another placing in the next 6 months. How many placings have occurred in the last 5 years, must be double figures by now and with no cash generation to show for it in all that time. | sleveen
24/3/2017 02:00 | i fear that WRES may hit 0.3p before bouncing back up. hopefully wont be below 0.3p. saw the technical chart somewhere in twitter (though may not be accurate) hopefully RGM and JLP will bring some profit for me to come back here in summer | nash81
22/3/2017 23:34 | But not dilution! | barony
21/3/2017 07:45 | lease finance...debt by another name. | sleveen
19/3/2017 14:12 | Big plant mfrs. often provide lease finance for their kit. No need for business loan and certainly no need for any other means of raising funds. | barony
17/3/2017 09:26 | Arree timelines are often missed by mining companies. With all the plant needed how is that being funded without debt? More placings? POW needs to double from current price before this makes investment sense. As I said yesterday look at WLFE with its issues :large debt being one issue. Answer this one question, if WRES are aiming to be debt free how is the plant being funded if not by (at least in part)debt? | sleveen
17/3/2017 05:55 | No, I am invested in Wres, but am quite happy with the progress. Take a look at their website it tells you everything you need to know. Welcome to the real world , timescales are not always possible to be kept. | sairam99 |
