And so ends another landmark day for WRES. An Historic all time low.

Will it hit another landmark ? In the last 6 months, there has been a 63% reduction in the share price from the high of 18p (in new money)on March 15th and in this period it has been compounded with 54% dilution (Excluding warrants)

Shortly before the capital reorganisation took place on April 1st WRES said:

"The Board also believes that the Capital Reorganisation should improve the liquidity and marketability of the Company's shares to a range of investors, including institutional investors through the creation of a higher price per Ordinary Share."

The April fool was on the investors

What I would say to investors in WRES is that it is helpful to have sceptics posting on this board. Human beings are not that good at being objective and it really helps to have different sides of an argument.

What a dog this company is proving to be. They've not paid debt back in cashflow ever. Always at the expense of the investors.
More confetti. More people out of pocket.

Currently trading on All time low. PATHETIC

Hey guys I emailed WRES investor relations asking for an update on Regua AND the 24/7 seven day working week. Here's the response;

Dear Amit
Apologies if previous emails did not get a response but to answer your questions:
Later this month we will issue our interim accounts and in October we will issue our Q3 update.
Both of your questions will be addressed in these announcements.
However, I believe in a previous announcement the company stated "From September the team will transition from a 24 hour five day working week, to a 24 hour seven day working week, as recruitment and training of new staff progresses well."
Nothing has changed to alter this statement.

Best regards

Paul

I wasn't expecting an update on Regua until next year. This is super bullish!! Even clearer signs that we are heading in the right direction. Load up your bags!!! ATB!

What annoys me is the recent poor communication. We had videos from drones during construction of the plant, which kept us informed. Now that it is up and running, an important dam has been built and production stepped up because of it. Why not get some footage on the web site and keep the good news about production flowing? I’m sure it would increase investor confidence and help the share price

Only if the warrants ever get exercised and there's no guarantee they ever will. Warrants are a throw away money punt by the investor. If they get converted, the company gets peanuts whilst the shareholders get diluted and then sold into. Or the share price never gets there, they lapse and you've done your bean on a value trap. There's naff all good about warrants

I've been invested on and off for a long time, and for a while very firmly off, for the reasons you talk to amongst many others. I know the story. My argument and reason for investing is that production numbers will rise and with it sentiment. I haven't said Im in love with the company, nor that they have terrific management. Have they disappointed long term investors in the past? Of course. You won't find me praising their performance, but in my opinion there is upside from here. I might be right and I might be wrong. I have put my money where my mouth is, not a major investment and I won't lose sleep if I am wrong.

MM diluted investors in order to leverage debt then spent too much on something he had no control over with regards to the build. The subsequent delays led to more cash burn and more dilution and more debt with no avenues for MM to recover losses from his appointed contractor..."what a negotiator"I said all this at the time, even before the plant was completed yet MM couldn't figure it out until recently... "The rigorous plantĀ improvementĀ programme, implemented to mitigate against the challenges the plant was experiencing, took longer than we had originally anticipated"The challenges being that MM didn't realise that the geology of the rock and the encased mineral massively effect the standard of the equipment and tools you need to process it.
