Current trading and outlook

2019 is going to be a busy year for the Group with continued focus on the promotion of ENGAGE and generation of sales on the platform, together with the release of two new showcase experiences. The first experience to be released in 2019 is titled "Raid on the Ruhr" and is based on the Dambusters mission from World War II, to be released in H1 2019. The second experience, a larger space-related project, is scheduled for release in H2 2019.

In summary, 2018 has been a solid year for VR Education with the team growing from 20 to 34 employees and the successful release of three new products. The focus for 2019 is the ENGAGE platform and with the release of second-generation VR hardware, such as the Oculus Quest, VR Education is well positioned to remain the leader of next generation educational content and tools.

I would like to thank our new and existing shareholders for their support and the Group looks forward to capitalising on significant market opportunities during the course of 2019 and beyond. '

I think it's because of results due out and the fact it hasn't been released on Playstation. Im sure it will in time, just as Titanic did. I was watching the BBC programme back to school at the weekend, series 8 , showed how education has changed since victorian times, they put the vr headset on and relived the Berlin Blitz, really good watching the pupils reaction and post comments about how much information they would retained. Good watch BBC got the credit though.

Yes I still think the industry is in its infancy and I like to have a few cutting edge ventures.
With apple secretly?...beavering away with research I think that I would still like to give this area a chance.
Clearly VR Holdings tend to be rather methodical in nature and took their time bringing some of their creations out there but better that, than being slapdash.
To be frank I haven't loads and the value has dwindled somewhat, so I might as well see what ensues.

No problem 237. I get that. I'm hoping investors from pre-float are here for a reason. If this company really has something that can be a successor to Skype, albeit in some business areas rather than all at this stage, and they see the work being done with BBC, Nokia and others, then I hope they can see the 'bigger picture' and most won't be sellers. Only time will tell!

Hi Guys, I'm sorry to say I'm out now. While its good news that the company is going to release two new experiences this year, I will keep looking out for them with interest, I am disappointed that the Titanic VR experience could only generate EUR 100,000 revenue over the xmas period. I was hoping for much more.

While I still think this company has massive potential I just think its going to be a slow burner, slower than I would like. The cash burn now over the next 12 months will be much higher with the extra staff and I would expect the company to try and raise more funds to promote ENGAGE further afield.

I really hope the ENGAGE platform takes off but watching the share price of EVRH and IMMO decline over recent months has pushed me to sell my final holdings here.

For others still holding just remember those that bought in at IPO will be able to sell after 12 months on 12 March. I'm not suggesting they will all sell but its something to keep note. One saving grace is all the warrants given at IPO are at 50% greater than IPO price and the options due not vest for at least another 12 months. However, the loan notes from 2015 and 2016 will be due in 2020 and 2021.

VRE could renew these but will ultimately need to pay the loans back at some point.

In December 2018, Titanic VR generated revenue of EUR0.1m which, together with revenues from other showcase experiences and ENGAGE, delivered a record monthly revenue in the month. '
