Yes I think its been unnoticed, though some of us have tried to point it out.
And to be fair anybody getting into it today has got in at a good price,I would say.

Now no.1 on the movers list today. Where it should be.

Truly transformational news for the company today.

And still VR education has a market cap under £30m.

Cheap at double the price!

Yes 237, I maybe should have added that I meant for certain sectors. But just as most people have mobiles these days, so I think the headsets will become more and more widely adopted. And the quote in my earlier post was from the company release today.

One of the most interesting parts of today's release for me was 'The Directors believe ENGAGE is the first platform globally consisting of networked features for live VR classes or tutorials where educators are themselves able to create VR content using the unique ENGAGE recording feature where user movements and audio are recorded and replayed within virtual environments giving the user the ability to record their presence for playback and publication for others.'

It is clearly a major step forward, and I think Engage can really take off. I think you're right, more of the big boys such as the ones you mention will be nosing around here soon!

Perhaps he meant that ....let's engage, would be the adopted phrase or name, just like Hoover replaced the word vacuum cleaner for years?

It's only if/when you read the full text of the statement that I think you realise the eyewatering potential. For example:

'People today all over the world say let's SKYPE when talking about online communications and meetings. In the future we want people to say let's ENGAGE and enter VR to communicate in a more natural way.'

The limitations with Skype have been the timelag and utterly unnatural body movements, for example, imho, almost to a cringe level, and this addresses exactly these longstanding issues.

There must be a chance Engage will be the successor to Skype, and as such while revenues will likely take a while to really become meaningful I imagine, the fact that they have now a partnership with Nokia and the 'ear' of intel, makes the company a short term takeover target imho.

Very, very, exciting!

The news has very much gone under the radar today it seems as there has hardly been any reaction to the share price so far.For a company of the size of VR Education to do a deal with Nokia and possibly Intel Corporation it's crazy to think VRE will stay at a £20m valuation for much longer....The train is about to leave that's for sure...

'An Irish virtual reality company, VR Education, has struck a deal with Finnish giant Nokia for its teaching and corporate training platform, as it launches the software commercially.

Aim-listed VR Education, which is valued at around £20m, has been using funds from its initial public offering earlier this year to develop the "ENGAGE" platform.

The software, which enables companies and educators to create their own virtual reality content, recording movements and audio for playback, has been in the testing phase for the past two years, and is now being launched commercially. It will be available on all of the leading VR devices, including Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. '

The company announced on Thursday... H
