Look at the rule 8 disclosures, and see what I paid.

To save you a job:

500,000 at 1.25p
575,000 at 1.1645
75,000 at 1.972
300,000 at 2.2p

2p dividend received, and a residual value on the balance.

Now I've either made a nice fat profit, or I'm incredibly stupid.

It still leaves you as being incapable of reading an announcement and misleading others.

Not today you can't; they went xd today, though asparks tried to mislead people by saying they went xd in January.

The company has ceased development of it's fuel cell technology, and is left with some cash and the ownership of it's IP which it is trying to sell. In addition, the AIM quotation is worth a modest amount.

Possibly a further 1p-2p of value to eke out, unless they can do a value adding "reversal"

30p in cash.
year high 178p.
forced seller has dragged them down to just 9p.

I thought divi's were tax paid and you can still take the capital loss after the divi is paid but less of a loss!!!

I sold out. I dont want a 2p dividend because thats income and I'll be taxed at 20%. Id rather take the capital loss.

Show me some evidence the date was Jan, when it quite clearly says that the books closed is 27th February.

The company will now seek an acquisition to take advantage of it's AIM quote.

So we get a 2p dividend, and retain shares in what is left.

Now be good enough to come back with supporting evidence on your Jan date.
