Volex plc (AIM:VLX) was notified on Wednesday 5 August 2020 that Mrs Sharon Molloy, wife of John Molloy Chief Operating Officer, purchased 98,561 ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 137 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, the combined beneficial holding of John Molloy and his wife is 1,261,589 Ordinary Shares in total, representing 0.83% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
