Noted -1) Departing CFO had indicated in 2018 that he wanted to leave in 2 years so today's news not as dramatic as sounded2) margins benefited in H1 from copper prices and forex changing in favour but expect this to reverse in H23) eps flattered by a tax credit. This was explained as historic UK losses now available to a current UK subsid. to offset against profit.+25
