Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Vivo Energy confirms that as previously announced, Johan Depraetere has today stepped down from the Board. Douglas ("Doug") Lafferty, Chief Financial Officer Designate has now taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Johan's employment will continue to the end of his notice period.

There are no other matters to disclose under Listing Rule 9.6.11.
