Vitec received the attached notice in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that NN Group N.V.'s notifiable interest in the voting rights of ordinary shares of 20p each in Vitec has fallen below the 3% threshold, therefore it no longer has a notifiable interest in Vitec's issued ordinary share capital.
