NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES
In conformity with the Transparency Directive The Vitec Group plc (Vitec) is required to announce to the market the receipt of notifications of major interests in shares.
Vitec received the attached notice in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that NN Group N.V. has a notifiable interest in 2,700,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in Vitec representing 6.03% of Vitec's issued ordinary share capital and voting rights. This follows NN Group N.V.'s recommended cash offer for Delta Lloyd N.V. which was declared unconditional on 7 April 2017.
