06/11/2014 20:06 | Seaclipper- I just got an email from them and they asked me to give them a call to discuss the company. I am putting a list of questions together and I will try to call them tomorrow. I can tell you that the President and CEO Paul Duffy appears to have a fair amount of experience in the tech industry and he sits on the boards of several tech firms and he co-founded Corporate Communications Interactive. I have emailed CCI and left messages but there seems to be an issue as my emails don't get delivered so I am not sure if the company still exists and/or is Paul Duffy still with them. Here is AHRT's web site and I think it does a decent job showing what this is all about. hxxp://www.arhtmedia As far as I can tell your old VST shares that underwent the 50:1 reverse and turned into Delebrity shares subsequently turned into ARHT shares on a 1:1 basis. I sent the ARHT link to my son who is off at college and he said that the hologram thing seemed like it was 20 years too early so I took that as a positive coming from a 19 year old who's entire life has occurred during the tech boom, which according to most experts is really just beginning and we are just now scratching the surface. I want to believe that this has some legs but Vast and Forbes Manhattan left a sour taste in my mouth and they are behind ARHT. If you or anyone has any questions please let me know as I told them that I would call as soon as I have all my questions together. | roily
06/11/2014 12:15 | roily - i keep trying to find out just what we have here now with ARHT, would you have any links to the co and or info thx. | seaclipper

01/11/2014 12:32 | Should be ~$295 or £165 once converted to ART | oilretire
01/11/2014 12:00 | Morning chaps My VST shares were spread around a few accounts, just accessed a HL ISA which shows: VST 917 shares @ 8.03p value £73.64 (loss -99.54%) So still showing as VST | reesyheli
31/10/2014 12:15 | Reesy, is your holding still showing as VST, or is it ART now? | nearlycertain
31/10/2014 09:53 | Rees..... Seems you are double diluting too. If you had 80k shares, they were reduced to 1600 during the 50:1 You should know have 1600 ART shares at ~35c a share i.e. $560 so you'll get a few more pies than you thought ;-) | oilretire
30/10/2014 18:26 | Thanks to nickderby I checked my HL account I originally had 80k VST which were showing as zero value. Now showing something like £8.70 total so it looks like I'm off down Mrs Miggin's pie shop for a slap up meal. Whooppee /: | reesyheli

30/10/2014 11:50 | I suspect you've double diluted yourself...... 'new' vast shares were converted 1:1 for ART shares | oilretire
28/10/2014 16:35 | Nil just devidecyour old vst shares by 50 and that is the number of your new art shares...I have 5.000 | panagos
28/10/2014 16:22 | It's probably already been mentioned, but the similarity (identical-larity actually!) of the new company name to Rene and Stan's surname has not escaped me. Does the new company actually do anything? I haven't even bothered to check my corporate action notices, but I think I'd better now find out how many shares I have and what the new super-dilution is... | nil pd
24/10/2014 21:28 | wonder if anyones drilling that bloody hill? | targatarga
24/10/2014 21:24 | It's ok, it's all a bad dream, we'll wake up soon, this never happened and we are not sitting on huge paper losses because Vast didn't exist!! Well according to Stans bio it didn't.... Stan Bharti Stan has over 30 years of experience in operations, public markets and finance. Over the last ten years Stan has been involved in acquiring, restructuring and financing resource companies. He is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Moscow, Russia and University of London, England. From 2002 to 2006, Stan was a Director and past President of Desert Sun Mining Corp., which was acquired by Yamana Gold Inc. in 2006. In addition, Stan sits on the Board of several public and private companies. I assume this is his bro? Co-founder of ARHT: Rene Bharti Co-Founder, Executive Chairman Over a 20-year career, Rene has held several key roles in both public and private companies, including those in the resource, technology and entertainment industry. He is Managing Director at Forbes & Manhattan, one of the world’s premier merchant banks, and has raised over $5 billion for various deals in the past decade. Rene co-founded ARHT Media Inc., along with legendary singer Paul Anka, with the aim of creating digital holographic celebrities. | oilretire |
