Seaclipper- I just got an email from them and they asked me to give them a call to discuss the company. I am putting a list of questions together and I will try to call them tomorrow.

I can tell you that the President and CEO Paul Duffy appears to have a fair amount of experience in the tech industry and he sits on the boards of several tech firms and he co-founded Corporate Communications Interactive. I have emailed CCI and left messages but there seems to be an issue as my emails don't get delivered so I am not sure if the company still exists and/or is Paul Duffy still with them.

As far as I can tell your old VST shares that underwent the 50:1 reverse and turned into Delebrity shares subsequently turned into ARHT shares on a 1:1 basis.

I sent the ARHT link to my son who is off at college and he said that the hologram thing seemed like it was 20 years too early so I took that as a positive coming from a 19 year old who's entire life has occurred during the tech boom, which according to most experts is really just beginning and we are just now scratching the surface.

I want to believe that this has some legs but Vast and Forbes Manhattan left a sour taste in my mouth and they are behind ARHT.

If you or anyone has any questions please let me know as I told them that I would call as soon as I have all my questions together.

Morning chaps

My VST shares were spread around a few accounts, just accessed a HL ISA which shows:

VST 917 shares @ 8.03p value £73.64 (loss -99.54%)

So still showing as VST

Seems you are double diluting too. If you had 80k shares, they were reduced to 1600 during the 50:1

You should know have 1600 ART shares at ~35c a share i.e. $560 so you'll get a few more pies than you thought ;-)

Thanks to nickderby I checked my HL account

I originally had 80k VST which were showing as zero value.

Now showing something like £8.70 total so it looks like I'm off down Mrs Miggin's pie shop for a slap up meal.

I suspect you've double diluted yourself......

'new' vast shares were converted 1:1 for ART shares

Nil just devidecyour old vst shares by 50 and that is the number of your new art shares...I have 5.000

It's probably already been mentioned, but the similarity (identical-larity actually!) of the new company name to Rene and Stan's surname has not escaped me.

Does the new company actually do anything?

I haven't even bothered to check my corporate action notices, but I think I'd better now find out how many shares I have and what the new super-dilution is...

It's ok, it's all a bad dream, we'll wake up soon, this never happened and we are not sitting on huge paper losses because Vast didn't exist!!
