24/9/2009 09:04 | This does look a good punt 10 Sept Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (the 'Company' or 'VOC') today announces that one of its investee companies, Lihua International, Inc. ('Lihua'), has priced its public offering of 2,300,000 shares of its common stock. The shares were offered to the public at US$4.00 per share. Lihua's common stock began trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the symbol LIWA on 4 September 2009. VOC initially invested US$7 million in Lihua in 2008 and in turn for its investment received: (a) 3,181,818 shares of Series A Convertible Preferred convertible into 3,181,818 shares of Lihua's Common Stock at a conversion price of $2.20 per share; and (b) 5 year Series A Warrants to purchase up to 700,000 shares of Lihua's Common Stock at an exercise price of $3.50 per share. | andrbea | |
