Maybe just the name change Haystack...I had the same occur with another stock a while ago...several on-line traders may not catch up for a few days and folks will have trouble buying or selling on-line.

I have not been following this lately, but I have a friend with VTB shares and he tried to sell via his Barclays online broking account and got the message that online dealing in this stock is not permitted and that he should trade via the telephone.

What is this all about?

wtf would the directors want to buy anymore?

VTB shareholders have overpaid in spades for WTV! They are laughing. They don't need anymore shares. they just need to award themselves larger bonuses and as majority shareholders I cant see anybody stopping them doing it. I also think they should award the VTB guys a big golden goodbye and thank them for selling VTB shareholders down the river.

Surely if the directors dont buy at these levels they must be either:

1) Are closed due to possible pending news or deal?

2) Have no confidence in the company at all?

3) Have found a huge source of pies to spend their money on instead ?

Received a notice from my brokers about the subdivision of the shares. I quote

"The subdivision means that although the number of shares you own will rise, the share price will be reduced so your holding should be worth approximately what it was worth before"

Is this why the share price dived, or is this still to come....

Can anyone shed more light on this?

Maybe they are locked out isis.... Maybe they are waiting for the High Court to issue approval re;deferred shares or maybe an order is about to be filled and a RNS issued....take your pick...try your crystal ball.:-)

Maybe someone will sell a pile and you will get stock at 1.5p....maybe someone will buy a pile at 1.75-2p and you will never get the chance to puchase the stock you may or may not hope to buy at 1.5p.

At some point we all make our decisions based on what we assume, I have estimated and assumed that what I bought yesterday at 1.75p was at or near the floor, if not I will buy more if I get the chance at the next lower level. However I am not sure that will occur.

If they presented the figures that I expect them to and follow it up with a note from Brewins..yes JNBRW but they will have no need to do that now. The business is profitable.
