jbg just the footise, but I,m not very good at it and am seriously thinking of jacking it in. Trouble is where one might well be right regarding the direction of the index the spread has moved before you can lay a bet. As the bookmaker pays out on the spread he is offering and not the cash market you either close at a loss or let it run. As I,m not happy to sit watching to monitor all day I can,t see any future in it for me. Stop losses are fine for some but I like to be in control and as I always intended to open and close on the same day I,m beginning to think I,m stuffed. If you get my drift.

I would imagine they will issue another 500m shares at 1p in a rescue rights issue around January after the Xmas & New Year party season ends and the Christmas bonuses have been handed out - just for good measure! ;-))

Not necessarily so parsnips. This latest move may well be because of the currant share price and the need to issue more shares in the very near future. Only time will tell, the timing of the increase in the nominal value of the share price and subsequent share price fall maybe coincidental but the reaction by management may well have been deemed necessary!

Come off it isis...GG..only posted what he thought good for everyone else. :-))

Not his fault some swallowed it hook line and sinker, and at least he can get a replacement or two for that Capri that that I doubt he ever owned or will offer me a ride in the other luxury models he must drive having made a lot of killings over a long period of time.

I can#t see why they would up the Nominal value then mark it down again - if anything they would do it the other way around.
If the shares were 0.1p then they had no need to change it as this nominal value was under the shareprice.

Just to note that the proposals were written in the Interim report 2004 for the 6 Months ended 30th June 2004.

"LONG BEFORE"...The share price started on it's slide to the current share price.

It is just some sort of technicality...VTB shares were 0.1p before the WTV merger...they were increased to 2.5p...and now they are going back to where they were at 0.1p

They are not being altered because of the current share price.

These plans were made months ago.

Many thanks for the translation. They say fortune favours the brave, but only time will tell whether this company will make our fortune.

I agree with davidcod that GG does not deserve the sort of criticism that is being dished out on him by other posters. From my reading of his posts I believe he had a genuine faith in this company, and sought to share his researches with us, and if he has invested heavily in this company then he will be suffering along with the rest of us.

If GG decides that he will no longer share his researches with us, then I feel this BB will have lost a worthwhile contributor
