Dividend Currency Exchange Rates - 2023 Interim Dividend

On 4 May 2023, Virgin Money UK PLC announced an interim ordinary dividend (the Interim Dividend) in respect of the six months ended 31 March 2023 of 3.3p per ordinary share in the Company (H1 2022:2.5p).

As referred to in the 4 May 2023 announcement, the Interim Dividend will be paid to Australian resident CDI holders in Australian dollars (AUD) and to New Zealand resident CDI holders in New Zealand dollars (NZD). All shareholders and other CDI holders will be paid their Interim Dividend in pound sterling (GBP) and currency conversions will be determined by reference to the Australian dollar and New Zealand dollar exchange rates applicable to pound sterling at 11.00 (GMT) on 22 May 2023.

This announcement confirms that the exchange rates applicable for the Interim Dividend for AUD and NZD currency conversions are as follows:

GBP / AUD: 1.8731

GBP / NZD: 1.9812

The Interim Dividend will be paid to shareholders and CDI holders on 21 June 2023.
